Payment and Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all lighting consulting and design services provided by Inverse Square Production through our website invsqlightprd.com and is designed in compliance with U.S. federal law and the laws of Utah.

1. Payment Terms

All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as electronic payment methods such as PayPal. A deposit or full payment may be required prior to the commencement of services. Confirmation of payment will be sent via email once the transaction is successfully processed.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Inverse Square Production is committed to providing high-quality lighting consulting and design services. Refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:

Clients may cancel their service request within 72 hours of booking for a full refund.
Cancellations made after 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee if design work or resources have been allocated.
Refund requests must be submitted via email to thatcherfloyd@invsqlightprd.com within 14 calendar days of service completion.
If a service cannot be completed due to our error, a full refund will be promptly issued.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Services that have been fully rendered, custom lighting designs, or purchased materials are generally non-refundable. This includes finalized design plans, on-site consultations, and any ordered fixtures.

4. Rescheduling Services

Clients may request to reschedule services by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new confirmation email will be issued once rescheduled.

5. Service Issues

We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly, including offering corrective service or refund when appropriate.
