All fees are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as electronic payment methods such as PayPal. A deposit or full payment may be required prior to the commencement of services. Confirmation of payment will be sent via email once the transaction is successfully processed.
Inverse Square Production is committed to providing high-quality lighting consulting and design services. Refunds and cancellations are handled as follows:
Services that have been fully rendered, custom lighting designs, or purchased materials are generally non-refundable. This includes finalized design plans, on-site consultations, and any ordered fixtures.
Clients may request to reschedule services by contacting us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and a new confirmation email will be issued once rescheduled.
